Adopted -- Meet Archer

Archer is an extra-fluffy little boy just starting to bloom. He was nervous about this big loud world for the first few weeks of life, but is now starting to trust it more, as well as his loving humans within it. He's been asking himself, "But what if I'm alright, right, right, right here?" as his namesake song eloquently ponders. He loves to run and play, loves his siblings and a good tussle, and needs a little extra gentleness and support for him to feel safe (at the moment). He must be adopted with a littermate who's going to love on him (Haze would be a good match) and into a home that feels quiet and secure.
Behaviorally and socially, it’s best to adopt kittens in pairs, or into a home with a compatible playful cat. Kittens really need a feline playmate in their forever home…and then they can get to play, and snuggle while you're not home, wrestle with each other instead of with your ankles, and grow up with an always-available companion. Bored cats can become destructive cats. If you are only interested in adopting a single kitten, and you’re home most of the day, and able to spend interactive time with a kitten, we may consider adopting out a single kitten. We usually prefer that they be 4 months or older. But each application will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Many of our kitten litters may also be able to be mixed ‘n matched to make a pair if they are not particularly bonded with a sibling. Each foster home knows the kittens' personalities best, and we follow their recommendations for single placements or mix/matching. Archer was born in a foster home on 6-27-23. He is medium-haired right now, but may grow into a long-haired adult. His adoption fee of $195 includes: medical exam, Feleuk/FIV test (mom), FVRCP (distemper combo) vaccination, routine deworming, microchip and neuter. |
