Dash was named to match his brother Dot, with little Dashes all over him (being a tabby and all!)  But, it ALSO suits his personality.  Dash literally dashes all over his foster mom's house - definitely the quickest and athletic of his litter.  He was the first to be able to jump on and off the couch and climb up and down the stairs.  He's not as sneaky as his brother Dot who likes to hide in closets when no one's paying attention, but he's always up for a romp, a wrestle, a fast run across the kitchen or a leap up onto the couch.  Also, he's a comfort "hound" - he ALWAYS sleeps on top of at least one cushion, if not two, and on top of at least one blanket on top of those cushions - that is, when he's not sleeping on top of his brother Dot!  He'll also burrow into a cushion fort for a little cat nap, or snuggle up with his brother Dot for comfort.  Dash is not shy at all, and was raised with a 60lb dog and has absolutely no fear of dogs (as long as your dog has no issue with him).  Dash is a wonderful, easy addition to your home - really his foster mom can't say enough about how easy he's been as a kitten and how easy it would be for him to slide right into a new adventure in your home!

Dash and Dot have been raised in their foster home together and are a bonded pair that would like to go to their forever home together.  Their foster mom says:   These are some of the best kittens I've ever seen in my life.   I highly recommend them.  We all like napping together and watching tv on the couch at night.

Behaviorally and socially, it’s best to adopt kittens in pairs, or into a home with a compatible playful cat.  Kittens really need a feline playmate in their forever home…and then they can get to play, and snuggle while you're not home, wrestle with each other instead of with your ankles, and grow up with an always-available companion. Bored cats can become destructive cats.  If you are only interested in adopting a single kitten, and you’re home most of the day, and able to spend interactive time with a kitten, we may consider adopting out a single kitten.  We usually prefer that they be 4 months or older.  But each application will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Many of our kitten litters may also be able to be mixed ‘n matched to make a pair if they are not particularly bonded with a sibling.  Each foster home knows the kittens' personalities best, and we follow their recommendations for single placements or mix/matching.

Dash's estimated date of birth is 10-1-22, and his adoption fee of $195 includes: vet exam, Feleuk/FIV test, FVRCP (distemper combo) vaccination, routine dewormings, flea control, microchip and neuter.
