Meet Fizzle, the pup with lots of sizzle! Found wandering alone in rural Kentucky, she was picked up by animal control and never claimed. She was a favorite with the volunteers and staff at the pound, so they made it their mission to get her out of there and on to a new life where she would get a great new home. Enter Adopt-A-Pet. After riding many hours in a transport van, she arrived in our care and settled in at her new foster home.
What we know so far is that Fizzle is one sweet, happy, loving, playful and active little girl looking for an experienced and active owner. Weighing in at 33 lbs, we believe she is full grown and about one year old or even a little younger. Still very energetic and puppy-ish, she loves toys and playing with her favorites or chomping on a bone or chew toy. Fizz is learning puppy etiquette skills in her foster home and needs her forever parents to continue with her obedience training. She is about 95% housebroken in just a few days in foster care. She sleeps through the night in her crate. With her high spirit, intelligence and quick to train ability she might be a candidate for agility training in the future. Right now she needs lots of exercise, mental stimulation, guidance, tummy rubs and love! Fizz loves playing with other dogs, so a home with a congenial and playful canine companion would be great for her. All Fizz needs is a chance to grow up and get some lasting love and she will make a great companion and family pet. Fizzle's adoption fee of $425 includes: Heartworm test, DAPP+C (combo) vaccination, Bordetella vaccination, Rabies vaccination, flea/tick preventative, deworming, heartworm preventative, microchip and spay. |
