Meet handsome and happy Winston, a retriever mix weighing in at 60 lbs. and nearing his 2nd birthday. Winston is crate trained (he loves his “condo”!), housebroken, and has been through a couple rounds of obedience school. He responds to basic commands like “sit”, “stay”, “lie down”, “shake”, “leave it” (used generally for “stop doing that”), and “condo” (“go to your kennel”). He loves to play fetch, run around the yard, and be with his family. Winston is accustomed to a fenced yard which is helpful as he has a lot of energy. He loves to go in the water at the dog beach and play with other dogs. Winston likes his crate so much that he uses it to chill in. When allowed freedom to be in the house, he knows it is time to lay down on his doggy pillow and relax with a chew toy.
Winston will do best with an active family who will enjoy spending time with him and provide him with exercise (regular visits to dog park or beach, long walks, a fenced in yard to fetch, jogging, doggy playdates, etc.). If it sounds like your family's lifestyle is a good match for him, please get in touch with us. Winston's adoption fee of $525 includes: vet exam, heartworm test (neg), distemper combo vaccination, bordetella and rabies vaccinations, deworming, flea control, microchip, neuter, crate and bed. |
