Adopted -- Meet Bonnie
Bonnie is a kind-hearted, gentle hound mixed with who knows what, maybe some terrier. She is a young adult, maybe 2 to 3 years old and weighs in at about 40 pounds. She’s got a pretty red and white coat, with a white ribbon on her forehead. She is a sweetheart who absolutely adores people of all ages. Bonnie loves nothing more than getting (and giving!) affection.
While Bonnie loves to play and run in her yard, she settles very easily. She is quiet in the house and very respectful of those around her. She is great with cats and likes to play with well behaved dogs. Bonnie is completely potty and crate trained. Her foster mom is working on her recall and commands - but very quickly has learned her name and how to sit. She loves being rewarded with treats and is so very gentle while taking them from her foster mom. After being found as a stray in Kentucky, Bonnie spent over four months in a rural shelter. After arriving at her foster home, Bonnie quickly realized she was safe and was able to demonstrate her zest for life. She finds joy in very simple things and is just happy to be cared for. Bonnie has loads of love to give and will make someone a wonderful companion. Bonnie's adoption fee of $395 includes: vet exam, heartworm test, rabies vaccination, DAPPLC vaccination (distemper combo), bordetella vaccination, heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative, deworming, microchip and spay. |
